"Great customer service! Our heater has been blowing out air, but not increasing the temperature. I called and spoke to Milo and he told us to try changing the filter and see if that fixes the problem. Other places I called said they would have to send someone out to diagnose the problem, costing $135 just for the trip out. It was awesome that Milo was willing to trouble shoot the problem over the phone and help us save money if possible. We will definitely use CT Heating and Air if the problem needs more attention!"

He presented an estimate to replace a Air Conditioner and Furnace and though he did a couple of additional things that were not included on his original estimate, the estimate amount did not change. They were reliable and very thorough with their work. I had a problem with my AC Unit about a month after installation that had nothing to do with the work Milo performed and he came back out to my home on two different occasions to correct the problem and did not charge me for his services. I would highly recommend Milo and CT Heating & Air for any work you need.”
